BROKEN PIECES

Many of us have experience, broken pieces of glass, whether bottles, plates, cups, mirrors, vase or other glasses. One thing they all have in common is that they are broken into pieces. We cannot identified that they are ever broken into the same sizes. There are always different sizes of broken glass. When a glass is broken it can never be put back to its original position, doesn't matter how skillful one might be. We disposed of it, and carefully and speedily. Trying to avoid getting cut, also warning others to be careful of the area where the glass have been broken.

When one experience brokenness, in many cases they become dangerous, just like a broken glass into many pieces. They become dangerous to self and others. Been broken is a dangerous thing; it affects the heart, mind and the emotions of a person, also their decision making. at that point in their life, they are close to sanity and insanity, capable of cutting anyone.

Today we can rejoice as we serve the Lord, that is able to put every broken pieces of our life back together again. And it doesn't matter the sizes they are broken into. He is able to put every piece in it is original state, we just need to hand them over to Him, ever piece. We should not hold back any, for if we do, we will always have a sharpe edge, ready to cut someone, if they pass too close to us. For it stays as constant reminder of the fall that occurs and cause the brokenness.

Hear the word of the Lord. Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit". Even during this time it is hard to see or hear the word of the Lord. That is why we have help from the Holy Spirit to guide us, open our blinded eyes, to wipe the tears from our eyes, so we can see. And reminds us to take heed to the word of the Lord according to 1 Peter 5:7, Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

We have the mender of ever broken heart. The only one that can truly restore us to our original state, when we experience brokenness. For the Lord knows us more than we even know ourselves. Many people spend years been broken, not able to move on. Some women hurt by men that they refuse to love again. Some men hurt by women that they refuse to love again. The brokenness, affected the trust aspect of every individuals. The Lord wants to make you whole again. He patiently waiting on you to trust Him again. The longer you take, the more difficult it becomes for you.

So get up, not in your strength but the strength of the Lord and take back what the enemy as stolen and let the Lord heals your brokenness. It has been long enough.
