We are all created with a fighting Spirit. Knowing what you're fighting for makes all the difference. Some people fight because, they want to, some because they can and some because they have too. Ask yourself the question what am I fighting for? Have you stop to think about why you are here? And is it worth fighting to live a good life? Some would say, I am not even sure why I am here. I cannot figure out my purpose. Does that means they just exist to exist. Or they fight to find out the purpose behind their existence. And pursue it, and change the path of unknown to known.
The Lord told Abram. 'Now the Lord had said unto Abram, get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land i will shew thee" Genesis 12v1. His own earthly father, he was told to move from among; His Father was an established man, meaning He was wealthy. Abram was taken from his comfort zone and was place on a journey with promises. Abraham, obeyed and moved by faith and began to journey to this land. The land was not an easy land to access, neither was the journey to get their a short one, neither was the road smooth. He had to encountered somethings along His way to that land. Even his own nephews herd men, came up against his herd man. He lied to King Abimelech concerning even his wife Sarah, stating she was his sister. He did not look at what he had to encounter, He kept on moving forward. He still continued the journey for He believed God and His promise concerning Him. He was looking for that land that was promise to Him and Abraham was determined to get there. No matter the obstacles He face. God said and I believe it; I will do what the Lord tells me to do. He had a spirit to fight, He made up His mind to fight, He was persuaded to fight His way to the promise that land.
