The look of love

Looking at a photo of my dear friend and his wife, as she sat on the coach and he was standing beside her with his arm rest across her shoulder. Her face turn towards her husband, as she looked up at him. She looked at him with the look of love. Even thousands of miles away, it was evident the love she have for him. Her heart was shown through her eyes, through the expression on her face. Many relationships are missing a love like this, true love towards one another. Many are just surviving off spirit take, or because of the children, even some because of what they have accomplish together, many keep it going because of what the critics have to say. Either way many relationships have loss their first love. You may be wondering, what does that have to do with anything, or concerning this piece of writing today. I would say everything. Love can move mountains, it can part seas, it accompanies us in the valley, in our all alone time it brings such great assurance. Love is like an insurance policy, that give security when needed, it allow one to smile in their lowest moment. Find peace in the boisterous moments of life. Love makes all the difference.

A look of love was on His face, the thorns on His head, The blood was on His scarlet robe, and stained it crimson red. Though His eyes were on the crowd that day, He looked ahead in time, For when He was on the cross, I was on His mind.

Can you imagine, despite the enormous amount of people standing in a crowd, God looked directly at you. He made it personal, He made it know to you. Yes He could of called ten thousand angels but no He was willing to die for you. No wonder David says, Psalms 63:3-5, Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips". Despite David's imperfection God loved him, David had an heart after God. Acknowledging, his weakness and his sin, accept the wrong he has done.

This is love, this must be love. A love that can never fail, do not have an hidden agenda. Pure clean love, it is so rich and pure, so measureless and so kind. It is not limited but it goes beyond the highest mountain and it reaches the low of the lowest. It is the love of God, it finds you wherever you are. Your failures cannot change His love for you, neither your weakness. The love of God is nothing to compare to any other love, but when we possess a love like this, we are able to love freely, forgive, be kind and compassionate towards our love ones. See each other through the eyes of pure love, holding no grudges.

Ephesians 3:17-19, Paul says it well, "That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
